Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Daily Decode, campaign creators may receive refunds on unused funds.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds apply only to unused campaign balance
• Refunds are automatically processed after 14 days
• Completed tasks are non-refundable

Cancellation

Campaigns may be cancelled anytime. Pending tasks will stop and remaining balance will be refunded per policy.

Refund Method

Refunds are returned to the original payment method as per bank and payment-gateway processing timelines.
